Day 32- Girl

Decided to get off my ass and actually try to make something. So I went on facebook, looked for the most attractive girl online, and asked her if I could draw her. She accepted, however I should of mentioned that it was the first time I draw somebody I -know-, needless to say it needs work. I need some advice here to make it look better!
